天鈺科技馬來西亞子公司正式成立 強化全球研發布局| Fitipower Establishes Malaysia Subsidiary to Strengthen Global R&D Footprint

天鈺科技股份有限公司（Fitipower Integrated Technology Inc.）今日於馬來西亞雪蘭莪州蒲種（Puchong Financial Corporate Center, PFCC）舉行 fitipower Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. 辦公室啟用典禮正式宣布成立馬來西亞子公司，進一步拓展公司全球研發布局，並深化在東南亞半導體產業鏈中的合作與發展。
本次啟用典禮邀請多位貴賓共同出席，包括雪蘭莪州行政議員 Ng Sze Han、Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation（SIDEC）技術總監 Lee Hing Wah Lee博士，象徵產業與政府攜手推動區域科技產業發展的重要里程碑。
天鈺科技董事長林永杰表示，隨著全球半導體產業快速發展與市場需求持續成長，公司持續推動國際化布局，馬來西亞憑藉優質工程人才，成熟的半導體產業環境以及政府政策支持，成為天鈺建立海外研發據點的重要地點。透過此次設立子公司，天鈺將進一步提升全球研發能力與客戶服務效率。
Fitipower Malaysia 未來將聚焦於半導體IC設計相關研發工作，包括顯示驅動IC（Display Driver IC）、電源管理IC（Power Management IC）與邊緣計算AI SoC(Edge AI SoC)相關技術開發，同時也將與當地產業及學術機構合作，培育半導體工程人才，促進區域創新與技術交流。
天鈺科技表示，透過在馬來西亞設立研發據點，公司將更有效整合亞洲區域技術資源，並強化全球客戶支援能力，持續推動產品創新與市場拓展，為客戶與股東創造長期價值。
啟用典禮後，天鈺科技亦與雪蘭莪州政府及SIDEC代表進行交流，探討未來在半導體人才培育、產業合作及科技創新等領域的合作機會。

Fitipower Integrated Technology Inc., a leading semiconductor IC design company headquartered in Taiwan, today announced the official launch of its Malaysian subsidiary, Fitipower Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., with the opening of its office at Malaysia Semiconductor IC Design Park, located in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
The launch ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including YB Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Council Member, Lee Hing Wah, Technical Director of the Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC), highlighting the collaboration between industry and government to foster regional technology development.
Chairman Young Lin stated that as the global semiconductor industry continues to evolve rapidly, Fitipower remains committed to expanding its international presence. Malaysia, with its strong engineering talent pool, well-established semiconductor ecosystem, and supportive government initiatives, represents a strategic location for the company’s overseas R&D operations.
The newly established Fitipower Malaysia will focus on semiconductor IC design-related research and development, particularly in Display Driver IC (DDIC) , Power Management IC (PMIC) technologies and Edge AI SoC. The company also plans to collaborate with local industry partners and academic institutions to nurture semiconductor engineering talent and promote regional innovation.
Fitipower noted that the establishment of the Malaysian R&D base will further strengthen its global engineering capabilities and enhance support for international customers. By leveraging regional technological resources, the company aims to accelerate product innovation and expand its global market presence while creating long-term value for customers and shareholders.
Following the launch ceremony, Fitipower executives held discussions with representatives from the Selangor State Government and SIDEC regarding potential collaborations in semiconductor talent development, industry partnerships, and technology innovation initiatives.
